EMS is always looking to recruit staff to join its
Bank/Ad-Hoc staffing for a variety of emergency and non emergency assignments.
We currently only accept applications form staff who have previously worked for
the NHS in either an Ambulance Service or NHS Hospital capacity.
The
company has an ethos that staff can make a difference to the way the company
works and each person brings something to the team either in knowledge or
experience. We value the reputation EMS has built as a brand, and we would like

welcome applications from those qualified staff who have a similar outlook.
EMS

gained their qualifications from the voluntary sector alone (unless applying for
Ad Hoc Event Cover Only)
Any full time posts will be internally advertised to existing Bank/Ad-Hoc
staff in order to allow those staff who have worked with EMS the opportunity of
a full time position. After the initial internal advertisement only then will
the posts be advertised externally on the companies website and in external
media or recruitment agencies.

In all applications, emailed or posted you MUST include the following
documentation:
- x1 Photo (Head & Shoulders Shot)
- Copy of Passport or Birth Certificate
- Recent CRB Check at an "Enhanced Level"
- Copies of all relevant Medical or Clinical Certificates
- Copy of HPC, NMC or GMC Certificate or Registration Confirmation
- Completed Application Form
EMS will undertake a full CRB Check at an Enhanced Level once it has verified
all the initial paperwork and an offer of employment has (if applicable) been
made to you in writing. We would remind all applicants that you are required to
declare at application stage any spent or unspent criminal convictions or
cautions, reprimands or warnings you have received. A criminal conviction will
not necessarily prevent you from working with EMS Ambulance Service. All
